Project management incorporates the design and fit-out of catering facilities relating to large or complex venues.

New projects involving food and beverage operations require a coordinated design process which ensures building and outlet infrastructure meets the operational requirements of the outlet from receiving goods to service delivery. Close liaison with the project design team throughout the design and construction phase ensures critical elements are incorporated into building fabric and assist in minimising the potential for costly retrospective works.

Where catering contracts are tendered the redevelopment of catering facilities to achieve service efficiencies can be critical to the viability of a contract. Proposed infrastructure planning often supports tender documentation.

"As project manager, the company provided expert advice and assistance throughout the project.  Sharyn conducted the initial consultation and research that helped establish the project objectives and concept design….and was instrumental in the development of the documentation for the public tender process. The consultancy also made a key contribution to the successful and rapid implementation of the new contracts, from late 2004 to mid 2005.  This included close involvement in the planning and design of major food and beverage facilities upgrade projects.”
